*Takes out an english style nightcap and puts it on*

"Well, where do you keep her?"

[steven]

He shrugged.

"She's a Shikigami, so I've never had much trouble keeping her."

[Sam]

"Shikigami?" he asked confused.

[steven]

"Oh yes, I suppose contemporary european sorcery makes no mention of them... I suppose they can be equated to.... what's the term? Ah, yes they're similar to the 'familiars' some wizards use. They're servants made by enchanting sutras!" As if to demonstrate he brought his fingers together in an arc before him and closed his eyes.

" Naimne buhdsu tetsuji sawaka" Tetsuko's eyes glowed red for a moment, then she vanished in a puff of smoke, replaced by a small rectangular paper covered in writing.

Henry examined it. "Interesting. Not many of us have familiars, at least not wizards fresh out of school, and they don't go into detail in lessons."

"Which is why the aurors keep getting weaker, but that's neither here nor there."

[Sam]

"We're such an arogant country. We prefer to think that we can do things without assitants."

[steven]

"Yes, yes! Pride before the fall, it a pitiable situation to be in, yup, yup."

[Sam]

"People are stupid," he said quietly. "They're so selfish."

[steven]

"Yes indeed they are! Why can't we all just get along!" He began crying in a comical anime style, his fist raised in righteous indignation.

Henry walked away, his head hung slightly, ignoring the man's ramblings.

"Huh?" He asked, puzzled by the reaction. "Have the heights of my passion overwhelmed you?

[Sam]

"Nah, it's fine." He rubbed his neck again. "It wasn't you."
