Caith knows very well how bad Liona's disappearance looks, after the attack on Raven, but he couldn't condemn his daughter... he hated the thought... he felt it was his fault, entirely. If only he'd protected Tara, his father never would have been able to corrupt Liona. He gave up far too easily... But Caith knew that Liona couldn't've performed such an advaced spell without help, no 13 year old could do that... After a week the wound still hadn't closed, despite his best efforts to heal it... but his word wouldn't be enough to convince any court... he had to find out what really happened, meaning he had to find Liona.
"Dad!" just as Caith's thoughs fell on that fact, she burst through the door. "Dad... I-I..."
"Liona, where have you been? I've been looking for you..."
Liona shook her head, trying to force back her tears. "Too much to explain... please..." she rubbed her shoulder nervously... "I didn't mean to hurt Raven... I don't know what happened, but I didn't mean to do it. It wasn't me..." deep sigh. "But that's not what I'm here about."
"What else...?"
"I think I did something stupid..."
"Liona?"
"No... I wanna talk to Mom, first..."
"What?"
"Mom first."
((Mew.... of course I wanna rp... I'm supposed to be working onna presentation. ^.^))

So... big long conversation between Tara and Liona... then between tara and caith... and... yeea. um... Caith's about ready to murder Jason... and both parents are completely distracted from the attack Liona made.

Yea. Tara manages to convince Caith not to murder Jason... but... teh Caithy still goes to chew out teh Jason...
"What the hell is wrong with you??! Liona's only 13!!"
Cringey Jason. Already filled with teh guilt... "Look... we only... it only happened once... I didn't mean to... and it's not as if she didn't want it..."
"Haven't you ever heard of protection?"
"I used a spell... I don't know why it didn't work..."

"Jason... this sucks! I'm pregnant, the American ministry's gonna come take me away once they realize what I did to the mudblood, I hate my parents, and my grandfather's back in England! T.T How'm I supposed to deal with this??"
Jason holds her close. "You know I'm here for you, Lio..."
She cries into his chest.
"You know..." he rubs her back gently... "You don't have to keep this baby... it's up to you..."
She pulls away and looks up into his eyes. "I loose the baby, I loose you, right?"
His silence quickly answers her question.
"Fuck that idea. You're too important to me."
"But this could fuck up your whole life..."
"You're not leaving me, right? You know better than to leave me."
"Of course." he kisses her forehead. "I don't wanna, anyway."
"The it's... well... it's worth it."

Caith pulls Jason into a small room in the hospital wing, by the collar of his shirt. "You've gotta quit spending all your fucking time with Liona, idiot."
"What?!"
"You're spending too much time with her. Are you deaf as well as stupid?"
"You can't do that and you know it! I'm the father of her child!! I have to take care of her!!"
Caith slaps him from behind the head. "Idiot!! How do you expect to take care of her when you're a damned useless drop out, eh? You don't pass your OWLS in a few months, you won't be able ta get a decent job, and you'll end up putting my daghter on the streets. Is that what you want, Idiot??"
Blinky Jason... "But... she needs..."
"I can take care of her, for now. She is my daughter, after all. She needs you to get a good job, she needs to be able o get a good job for herself..." he sighs. "I will make this work. And you will catch up with your studies. Got it?"
Jason nods. Highly confused.
"I'm no fool, Jason. I know she has no respect for me. I know if she had a choice, she wouldn't even care what I thought... though I have no idea why she thinks she has to care..." he sighs. "She won't care, forever, and I have to know that she'll be well cared for, understand?"
More blinky Jason, but more understanding. "Right... Yea."
"Now... just go... go study or something." >.<

Liona and Tara sit on Tara and Caith's bed, Katrina nestled comfortably in Tara's lap while tara rubs her elder daughter's shoulders. "Liona, calm down, baby... it's alright... You know your father and I won't let anything bad happen to you... "
"You know what I did... even if..." she sighs.
"Even if what?"
"I didn't mean to do it... I don't understand... it wasn't like I just got mad or something... I wasn't mad... it was like someone turned me into a puppet..."
"Could it have been the imperio curse?"
((think I spelled that right... mew... if anyone else's even paying attention...))
"Heh... that would make sence, wouldn't it?"
Tara smiles weakly.
"What's it like?"
"Imperio? It's... hard to describe..."
Li shakes sher head, pulling her knees to her chest. "Not that... G-giving birth..."
Tara blinks, then carefully sets Katrina on the bed and holds Liona close. "It's worth it. Besides, your father and I can make it as easy as you want it."
"Worth it? For a screaming, whining, little stink ball?" She looks to Katrina, who starts grabbing for Liona's nose. Liona backs away a bit, but lets Katrina grasp her finger. She frowns, trying to hide the fact that she's finding her little sister incredibly cute. Tara smiles gently, glad that her daughters are getting along, and that Liona's doing something relatively normal.
