'New'. He...really didn't like that word. It implied a lack of knowledge, a certain...immaturity. He was nothing if not mature. After an hour of wandering (some prefect had given him the wrong password, which he had absently filed away for later), he found the Black House Common Room. He wasn't sure if it was in a tower, or down in the dungeons. All the winding staircases and doorways had disoriented him to the point where he didn't know which way was up any more. But now, with a muttered password, he slipped into the Common Room, his glasses perched precariously on his delicate, pointed nose. There were three moderately thick books tucked up protectively against his chest. 'How to Charm Your Friends and Curse Your Enemies', 'The Root of All Evil: A Comparison Between Grindelwald and Adolf Hitler', and 'Curses! Foiled Again! (or: How to Keep Your Plans From Failing)'.|
